Mottech Water Management Ltd. is proud to announce that Gaon Agro Industries Ltd., a publicly traded company (GAT:TASE), has acquired 50% equity in Mottech Water Management ltd. and AQUA Flowing Infrastructure Control System Ltd. Mr. Moti Dabi, CEO of Gaon Group, was nominated as Chairman of the Board.
Mottech's activities are focused on the international distribution of advanced water management solutions, based on the Motorola ICC IRRInet system for the water and irrigation markets.
The acquisition serves Mottech's strategy of expanding its international leadership in the water management and irrigation control markets; it also serves Gaon Agro's strategy of leading the water industry, in synergy with the Gaon Group's subsidiaries. |
