ICC software enables complex synchronization of multiple sewage or drainage systems for providing a reliable, constant flow to sewage pits and wastewater plants with rapid detection of leakages and equipment failures. IRRInet XL: Smart, Accurate, and Effective Automated Monitoring and Control
The ICC-IRRInet XL Monitoring and Control System -
- Delivers accurate, reliable, and relevant data from multiple remote sites and field equipment at a main control center
- Remotely and automatically controls multiple water systems
- Delivers the required flow of treated wastewater to irrigation reservoirs and buffer pools according to irrigation needs
- Monitors the pressure levels in sewage pipelines and pits
- Remotely and automatically activates and deactivates main and submain sewage delivery pumps according to real-time level changes in the sewage pits
- Obtains up-to-date accumulated reports at the main control center
- Sends immediate alarms and alerts when irregularities in pressure or flow rates of sewage or drainage water occur, and in the event of electro-mechanical or hydraulic failures / leakages
- Synchronizes the pressurized flow from sewage, drainage, and wastewater systems with the capacity of buffer pools, according to changing demands
The IRRInet XL system is supplied as a fully assembled solution including all basic components: power supply, various radios, diverse expansion modules, and more. The systems are housed inside tamper-proof enclosures, specially designed for long life under harsh environmental conditions.
IRRInet XL ensures ?exible deployment and programmability of all field remote terminal units (RTUs). In case of temporary communication failure, IRRInet XL automatically continues to locally monitor and control its end terminals, thereby ensuring a constant and reliable flow of water.
The system also acts as a Store and Forward (S&F) repeater, extending the geographical coverage of the system at minimal cost.
Piccolo XR Solution: Reliable Two-Way RTU with Self-Energy Source
The Piccolo XR Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) is uniquely designed and manufactured to deal with the tough environmental conditions of field units.
Piccolo XR receives data from water meters, hydraulic valves, pumps, filters, sensors, and more. It transmits the data to the IRRInet XL via a dedicated Piccolo Interface Unit (PIU) radio. Piccolo XR runs programs and executes commands received from the IRRInet XL, activating and deactivating hydraulic and electrical equipment as scheduled.
Piccolo XR is supplied as a fully assembled solution including all basic components: power supply, radios, and more. The systems are housed inside tamper-proof enclosures, specially designed for long life under harsh environmental conditions.
